This is a yeast donut recipe that is baked and not fried (but you can fry them if you choose!).

They are buttery, soft, and pillowy inside. Filled with delicious vanilla cream and topped with a rich dark chocolate ganache glaze, they deliver all the goodness of a traditional Boston Cream pastry. We have also added another layer of chocolate and crunch with a sprinkling of Callebaut Crispearls.
